Offers for school students
Gaining experience at a young age is important for your career. We enable pupils to get an inside view of our company. You can get some experience in the various jobs that we offer training for and find out what you like.
If you are interested in doing more, we also offer apprenticeships and job training. Start an internship and get to know the SCHERM Group as a strong and excellent employer.
Our competent trainers will be able to answer all your questions while you are in our company. Use your internship as a step towards getting a place as a trainee with the focus on what really interests you.
Internships for pupils last for at least one week and can be during vacations or undertaken as a school project. All you need is interest, reliability and friendliness.

Offers for graduates
Study-related internship
There is no better way to link your theoretical knowledge to practical experience than by doing an internship with the SCHERM Group. Learn how the issues of complex business economics correlate in practice and use your skills to improve project efficiency.
We offer you internships for several months, a semester or even a year. With speculative applications we can offer students and graduates the opportunity to get to know different divisions of the company. Being open-minded and able to work independently is as important as your studies in economics, preferably with a focus on logistics.
Internship semester
Are you looking for practical experience to accompany your studies or you are interested in getting an inside view of the logistics industry just for yourself? Apply to the SCHERM Group! We can provide you with the information you need on logistics and economic processes during a six-month internship. Test your analytic skills in projects that you manage independently.
Bachelor, Diploma or Masters thesis
We can offer you the opportunity to write your thesis while you are with the company and provide you with inside views that you can process for your thesis. We are looking for students with economics and logistics subjects, researching production and inbound-logistics processes.
